The California Assembly is trying to make it legal to have Marijuana for recreational use.  They approved a PROPOSAL to legalize and tax marijuana in the the state of California!

The law would be similar to the alcohol laws in the state, by making it legal for person who are 21 and older. If made legal, there would be a $50 tax on each ounce sold that would be put towards education and various medical treatments.  Its projected that the bill could bring in $1.3 billion a year in taxex and cultivation fees.
