Mariah.....Under the Influence????

Check out Mariah Carey accepting an award for her role in "Precious" at the Palm Springs International Film Festival.  We all know that she can be a so called "diva" but this Mariah looks like she's ON SOMETHING! lol.  Check it out for yourself !!!
